Huge shout out to the manager at this location. I had some issues with my kids’ shoes. She not only fixed the problem but really took the time to educate me on shoe fit/wear/etc. and she did it all with a good attitude, which is so hard to find in retail these days. Thanks to her, we’ll be returning next year (or sooner!) for our shoe needs! Great job!!

My wife and I were shopping at this store the other day and were having a little bit a trouble finding something specific, when a couple of the employees in the store helped us out. One was the store manager, Colleen and the other was Alexis. My wife needed a specific set of shoes for a new dress and her choices were limited. Colleen really helped her out by pointing out a pair that matched the dress nicely. For myself, I am am a bit disabled and Alexis was able to help me out while my wife was hunting for her shoes. We were able to find a pair for myself. Thanks for the help!

I found exactly the right pair of shoes AND exactly the right pair of boots. I was so happy that I laughed out loud! Lisa was awesome and helped me find everything in my size. Great store 😀

Today, I went to the Skechers factory outlet in Colorado Springs, and had a most positive experience. All of the staff were very very friendly and quite helpful. I am visiting Colorado Springs from Massachusetts, and it was a pleasure to walk in a store, where it was so enjoyable, and such a pleasant time. I would recommend this store to anyone without hesitation!

I exchanged a pair of Sketchers Slip Ins that I ordered on line. They were a bit too big. The gentleman who helped me was great! The store itself is very well stocked. I should have gone here instead of ordering on line. I highly recommend this Sketchers Outlet Store
